Aramark food services is entering a new era of Collegiate Hospitality. They support over 200+ universities nationwide (in addition to stadiums and other large institutions). Looking to modernize its digital experience, Aramark needs a dining hall app to support students that can be skinned for any of it's clients. I was a part of the team imagining what that app experience could look and feel like.
Research
We interviewed 10+ college students and parents connected to various colleges & universities to better understand their meal plan & dining hall experience.
